Event planning is one of my core strengths and a discipline I genuinely love. Since graduating and beginning my career, I have planned and led 250+ events across multiple industries and in support of a wide range of causes.

While digital engagement plays an important role in modern communications, I believe there is unmatched value in thoughtfully designed in-person experiences—spaces where people can connect, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships in real time. These moments are often the most powerful and lasting forms of engagement.

From large-scale corporate fundraisers to multi-day event series, I’ve had the opportunity to refine a repeatable, strategic approach to event planning and management—one that balances creativity, logistics, and audience experience to drive successful outcomes.

24th Annual Breakfast: Era of Essential Service - A Moderated Conversation with Michelle Obama (2025)
The Annual Breakfast is the Seattle Urban League’s signature fundraising event, designed to showcase the organization’s annual impact and honor community changemakers who advance the Urban League’s mission of equity for all. The 2025 event included a special emphasis on hope in action with a future forward focus of the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle’s mission.
23rd Annual Breakfast: Era of Essential Service feat. Taraji P. Henson (2024)
The Annual Breakfast is a celebration of the essential programming and services ULMS provides to the community in the focus areas of health, housing, entrepreneurship, advocacy, education, and workforce development. The 2024 event will also include a special emphasis on hope in action with a future forward focus of the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle’s mission
Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle Young Professionals: Join Week (2024)

The purpose of Join Week is for YP chapters across the country to conduct a variety of local events and activities during the first week of February that invite community members to learn more about the Young Professionals movement, share opportunities for involvement with our local chapter, and recruit new members to join the YPs!

The annual breakfast is the Seattle Urban League's signature fundraiser used to highlight the organizations yearly impact and celebrate community change-makers who share in the Urban League's mission of equity for all. The 2023 event included a special emphasis on honoring Black women in the community.
